Russell
is a charming village located in Russell Township, just on the
outer boundary of the City of Ottawa. With speedy access to the
busy city, traveling to Ottawa for work or special interest is
easy on the adjacent 417 Highway. Russell has succeeded in keeping
a definite small town charm, while being fully functional, with
many services and businesses right in the town or in immediately
adjacent towns.
The Russell Chamber of Commerce is highly
involved in the community hosting and organizing events and activities
such as the bi-annual
Russell Trade Show

Santa Claus Parade, the
